Shipping of your package
Packages are usually shipped in less than 24 hours after receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, you can consult the tracking number in your customer area as soon as your package is shipped.
Shipping costs (included in metropolitan France) consist of preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order.
We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Returns
The non-professional Buyer has, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code, a withdrawal period of 14 working days from receipt of the product ordered, to return them to the Seller for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 15 days of delivery. Damaged, dirty or incomplete items are not returned.
Return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 30 days from the receipt, by the Seller, of items returned by the Buyer.
